Yes, we handle all the management of permits and licenses necessary for your renovation. We have experience working with all the town halls of the Costa del Sol and we know perfectly the requirements of each municipality. This includes minor work licenses, major work licenses, public road occupation permits, etc.

For comprehensive renovations, we recommend seeking alternative accommodation during the construction period. We accept various payment methods for your convenience: cash, bank transfer, credit and debit cards. For large projects, we offer interest-free installment payment plans. We normally request 40% at the beginning, 40% halfway through the work and 20% at completion. We also work with external financing if you need it.
